Having ordered an ADSL service through a large telecommunication company, we waited a number of weeks with no guarantee of a date the service would be provided.  We then approached Link Innovations to assist us in the process, and were advised that the Broadband link can be installed on the same day.  Link  installed the service within 2 hours of placement of the order, we have found Link Innovations to be very efficient and professional.”

I can also speak to the owner of the company, which means I can get great support if I even need it3. Price (it’s high, but not unreasonable)Q5. Could you sum up in 25 words or less why you continue to use Link Innovations. The proactive service monitoring, and ongoing support. It also supports VoIP (Hosted PABX/Business Grade) exactly how Jerry said it would. Basically the service is exactly what Jerry said it would be, and in an industry full of sharks, trust is a big consideration when making future decisions, and we trust Jerry to deliver a service that will support our business.
